I have not booked with them. I took a look at the website and do see their copyright is a bit out of date but that doesn't mean too much. Some of the information is also a bit out of date with Royal Caribbean's new pricing policy in which an agent cannot discount their commission in order to sell a cruise for less than the cruise line. Also, their group booking information is a bit misleading. Anyone can get "big" discounts by booking eight cabins or more.
In regard to how good of an agency it is, it could well be a very good one or not. As with any agency, make sure they are licensed to sell travel in the state they are operating and preferably all fifty state. Make all payments by credit card and that all charges are made to the cruise line and NOT to the agency. If the charges are made to the agency, run don't walk away from them and don't let them give you any "reason" they do this in order to save you money. Too many people have been taken because of this when agencies have gone under leaving you holding the bag.
