I Am Looking To Put Together A Small Group Of Friends And Family About 10 To 15 Cabins We Want To A 7 Day Eastern Caribbean From Any Port In Fl Any Date Mid February Till March 31 And Cant Find Any Discounted Rates From The Carnival Group Dept. Who Do I Need To Talk To Or What Cruise Line Will Give Me A Better Rate

If your time frame is February or March of this year, you are too late to set up a group cruise. Group space is no longer available.

If you are actually speaking to the Carnival Group Dept. then you are speaking to the correct area.

I would suggest finding a TA that specializes in group cruises.

Definitely find an agent to work with. You can often find better rates that way.

totally agree with the others, find yourself a good travel agent and let her/him do all the "leg work" for you.
