Default Cruise agents

I'm considering booking with an agent via CruiseCompete.com. Has anyone used one of these agents? What was your response.

When I book a cruise with a travel agent, I like to speak to that TA in person . If there any problem, speaking to somebody on the internet
could be a very long and hard way to fix the problem .

I've booked multiple cruises through the internet. The last 10 were through Nancy who arranges a lot of the special CruiseMates cruises - you can find her info by checking out any of those cruises. It's against the rules to post all her info.

She is excellent about immediate emails and the same with phone calls. You will get the personal touch and probably a very good price in comparison with other agents.

I cruise the Emerald Princess, Eastern Caribbean on April 16, 2012

Booked our last cruise with an agent found thru cruisecompete. All of the offeres received thru there the agents had contact phone numbers and did talk with the one we used. I definitely would use cruisecompete again.

We have used cruisecompete 3 times and have booked with the same agency (Cruises-n-more) all 3 times. They seem to have the best price and we never seemed to have any problems. I will continue to use Cruisecompete, I like it.
