Default San Francisco cruise ship parking

Has anyone had any experience parking in downtown S.F. and leaving their car for the duration of the cruise? I am concerned we will get down there and the lot(s) designated for cruise parking will be full despite being told "not to worry" by the lot attendants.

Thanks for any info.

I have not ever had a problem but then I usually go with another person, but they have never had any problems with parking downtown. If you are concerned with parking you should contact the cruise line and find out what they suggest or take a taxi if possible.
