Question for staff or chatters. Staying in cabin 8384 Carnival Glory. Will there be a problem with noise from above Lido floor. My wife is very sensirive to any kind of noise when trying to sleep. Thanks in advance.
From what I have read from other cruisers, you might hear chairs being moved around in the mornings as they are setting them up for the day. I think the Lido deck is fairly quiet at night. I'll be on the Glory in Oct. on the Empress deck (unless they reassign our cabin). Usually a deck that is between two passenger decks is quieter. I don't think the Lido deck will be too bad above you though. Enjoy your cruise.

It looks like you are right under the interior buffet so it shouldn't be bad. The carpet will cut down on some of the noise experienced in other locations ... like around the pools. Just in case though, pick up some ear plugs at the pharmacy before your trip. I'm a light sleeper too and find them very helpful.
