Default Azamara Panama eastbound cruise - excursions

We are going on the Azamara Panama cruise March 15th. Can anyone who has taken this trip tell me pros or cons about the shore excursions they took.
Thanks

Azamara has not started to cruise this itinerary. It is a new line and have yet to sail one full season. They are a bit slow to post their excursions but the ones they do provide are of good quality.

I would peruse the Celebrity website and check out their offerings. They will be similar since RCI is the parent company and Celebrity is Azamara's senior line.

I just sailed on the Journey and while the offerings could have been expanded a bit more they were WONDERFUL in providing local hospitality desks for those who wished to do things on their own. They also had real port lectures, not shopping talks, to familiarize the guests on the upcoming ports.

Take care,
Mike

Thanks Mike. I'll checkout Celebrity website. We are rather new to cruising. We've done Mexican Riviera and Antarctica. On the Mexcio cruise we were with another couple and hired a driver. My wife and i are traveling alone this time. Do you suggest we purchase excurisons from the ship. May be more fun to be with other people.
