Do you have any information on this company...was planning to book a cruise with them, but would like to know if they are an ok company to book with as they offer some great deals !!

I booked a July 08 cruise through smartcruiser a few weeks ago and all went smooth so far. I shopped around and found their price to be the best that week. I called the cruise line to make sure I was confirmed and they had all my booking info. Good luck.

I recently used them but will not use them again. Its true I did find they had the best price and did get me booked with the cruise line but if you have a problem or a request after booking, GOOD LUCK. First we were not booked in a satisfactory cabin, had our bed configuration wrong, requested wrong dining times. When I contacted them to make the corrections they were uncooperative, rude, and spoke to us as though we were putting them out. They never did make the corrections. The cruiseline did make some of the corrections but could not do anything about some of the other problems as we had to go through the travel agent. I certainly would not recommend them. We have cruised many times but it is worth paying a little more for good customer service.

I recently booked with them and yes they are very rude and uncooperative to deal with. If your cruise goes down in price or they start offering a credit you do not qualify. I also told them that they had the poorest customer service that I've ever dealt with. But other than the customer service they did what they said. There is another agent that has cheaper cruises but I can't think of the name. Maybe ask some other posters and see if they can come up with it if price is all your after.
