port question????

Leaving from port canaveral on the Sensation. When I park my vehicle in the secure parking, Is it far to walk with our luggage to "check in"? Would it be easier to just have a porter take our luggage. I rather carry it on. There are three girls going with only three suitcases. They should pass the carry on size> I was just wondering about how far the walk is from the parking area..

It's not to far, depends on how full the lot is when you get there and how far back in it you have to park. The furtherest back is less than a quarter mile. You could drop the suitcases and one person (if they are not children) off at the front of the terminal, go park, then walk back up without the suitcases. Port Canaveral is easy to use, we've sailed out of it twice. Enjoy your cruise.

i totally agree, drop off your luggage and all the people in your party with a porter at the dock and then go park your car.
