Default Price list for laundry?

I was wondering if anyone had a price list for laundry. We are going on the Carnival Legend and my sister wants to know how much it will cost to do her clothes.

Hi Tiger,
Let your sister know, they have a self service laundry, she can do them herself and save some bucks. Not sure what it costs to have them do it, but its not cheap.

Default laundry

VIP's get free wash and press, my cabin mate was a VIP so I got my clothes done free, having said this I wish I would have washed them myself 2 of my shirts were badly faded, one with sequins was ruined. I should have complained and got compensated. My bras were folded by some machine that made me have to pry open the clips. My advice is pack some laundry tablets, and dryer sheets do your own. Carnival offers machines on every deck or almost every deck, ask where they are they are hidden away and easy to walk past the doors. It will run you about $4.00 per load. I also carry a plastic garbage in my suitcase to use as a laundry bag after the crusie I just toss it.

Laundry is about the same as on land, dry cleaning varies on articals, suites around $10 to $12 dollars, fancy dresses $12 to $14

brochures??

Irons are a no no because they want you do use their dry cleaning and they are no good at it. Hair dryers,TV's,curling irons can start fires too fires on ships are mainly electrical fires. I'm bringing my small travel iron and my small travel steamer iron I always do.

If your on a newer Princess ship, they have self serve laundry and irons onboard ship.
Carnaval owns Princess, I suggest you read the regulations.
If you get caught bringing a iron on a Celebrity ship, They have a new policy, you should read it.
Cabin Stewarts will report any unauthorized electrical devices.
You may find that cost will not be relivent.
