When someone post a reply its not notifying me in my email. Did I do something wrong?

I have had the same issue, where the notification come long after I see the pm. These issues are being worked on, as we speak...

I wasn't getting notified either for about 4 days, then all of a sudden I had 14 e-mail notifications yesterday, all from the past 4 days of not letting me know. :o
