Default Can we stay on ship longer?

Hi. We dock in Miami at 7 a.m. (Royal Caribbean/Majesty), Flight out of MIA is at 2:40 p.m.

If we put luggage out the night before, can we just hang out on the ship and have breakfast (one last time ) and then just get off the ship when we are ready, even if they have already called our color? Or when your color is called... your time is up?!

I'm assuming everyone is off by around 10 a.m. anyway... Plenty of time to get to airport.

There is nothing wrong with staying on the ship until about 10:00. Many people do these days (not on purpose) just because customs & border patrol is taking longer than ever before in clearing people to get off.

Logically, if you have a later flight, they should give you colored tags to be called later in the morning anyway.

ok, thanks!

So if they call your color, you don't have to make a run to get off the ship then!

No running...when they call your color, that means it is the earliest you can get off, not the latest. Since we live in Florida and usually drive to ports, we dally the last morning to avoid the mad chaos of everyone being in a panic to get off in time to make their flights.
