Are tips added for children in cabin?

Hi there, Can you tell me the policy on Carnival for tipping when you are cruising with children. I know they add $10. per person, per cabin......but do they add the same amount for the children sharing your cabin? Thanks.

Yes: Tips are added for the additional people in the cabin regardless of age.

Its actually a pretty fair deal, the staff does even more for the kids, especially the cabin attandant and the wait staff in the dining room. I've always tipped the full amount for my kids...

Thanks for the info. We have never cruised with children. My son and his family are considering joining us on our next cruise and I just needed to know so that they can have a better idea of their costs, since they have never been on a cruise.

I noticed that my cabin steward this past week had little plates with smiley face cookies for the cabins that had kids in them. They try to take care of the kids.

I find this discrimination inexcusable. If a six year old gets a cookie, I want one too.
