Default looking for a suitable cruise for 20-30 year old in med

Hi.. im looking to go on a cruise with my boyfriend for 1- 2 weeks in late july 2009 (hoping to be away on the 24th for my birthday) We are aged between 20-30 and looking to go on a cruise around the mediterrenean, and hoping to see Sicily and Italy, departing from the uk. We also want a cruise that is lively, luxurious and preferably with quite a young clientelle? WE also want quite a romantic break?

What would you recommend?
Thankyou for your help

I would try Independence of the Seas leaving Southampton July 18 on a 14-night Med cruise. This is one of the biggest cruise ships in the world and is VERY lively and great for young people.

Independence of the Seas - New Ship!

Sailing Date(s): July 18, 2009

Ports of Call: Departs From Southampton (London), England visiting Gibraltar (U.K.); Cagliari, Sardinia; Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy; Cannes, France; Barcelona, Spain; Malaga, Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; Vigo (Santiago De Compostela), Spain

Staterooms: Interior $2,191

Oceanview $2,820

Balcony $3,134

Suite $5,764

Yes, it is kind of expensive but it is a very popular ship and a 14-day cruise.
