Default Help, help, help

Please I have been trying for 5 days to find out how to e-mail my family aboard the NCL Jade. No luck. We were assured it had WiFi. But I have not even found a website for the ship,
I was told by home office I could call ship for $7.95 but that person couldn't give me the number..
Does someone out there have a suggestion? You would think in 2009 no where was out of reach of e-mail.
Thank you Ray

There is WiFi onboard. If your family is checking their email they should get any mail you send to their regular email address.

You can call the ship; Have your credit card out. That $7.95 is per minute

NCL Ship Telephone & Fax Numbers

When calling from the United States:
Dial 1.888.NC SHIPS (627.4477), select the ship, and enter your credit card information.

When Calling from outside the United States:
Dial 1.732.335.3280, select the ship, and enter your credit card information.

*Please use American Express, MasterCard and Discover Card, only.
Next up - NCL Epic - Transatlantic 06/24/10 website

Email to the address they (your family) have and always check. You don't need a different email address just because they are on a ship.

Send a message via AIM to Paul Motter

If your family is carrying their cellphones they should ring if you call them and leave voicemail. Try leaving an SMS text message on their phones that says "emergency - call me."

Otherwise - check the NCL web site. There are ways to contact each ship in cases of emergency.
