Single Supplements

Is there an exsisting topic that has a list of cruise lines that have their single supplements listed? I have read *somewhere - either here or on cruisecritic.com - that different cruise lines have different rules reguarding solo cruisers and that some of the supplements are not as high.

Most of the mainstrean lines have a full 100% additional singles supplement.

Holland America has one of the most liberal single policies. They will find you a roommate, and if there is a spare cabin available they will give it to you for no extra charge.

Other than that - the luxury lines have some sailings where the supplement is lower, as low as 25% additional.

With every cruise line it can vary by cruise. Another option is to go with a singles group.

Holland America has a 50% surcharge for a single supplement.

Princess is 150% to the Caribbean for Inside or Oceanview; and 160% to the Panama Canal - same categories. Higher than that (ie - balcony) and you'll pay 200%.
