I can tell you that Royal Caribbean and Celebrity do not offer this. RC did years ago, but neither no longer will.

Don't know about the other lines.

NCL used to do aggressively. It's how I got started cruising. They called it Single Share. But, I have no idea if they still do it or not. You might want to call them directly.
