If it lasts more than a week call your doctor or try taking Dramamine (or another med for sea sickness). This is not at all unusual. I notice it especially in uncarpeted areas of home (kitchen, bathroom, shower). It's a nice reminder of the cruise !

I have had that problem in the past. i have never taken anything since it really was not that bad to me. But if it is bad for you then the Dramimine should help, just take it as directed on the package .

It's not too bad. It's been years since my last cruise and don't remember feeling this way. Being ten years older maybe it's got to do with age. It's kind of funny. I'll give it a day and see what happens. I won't mind being rocked to sleep!

What you are feeling called "Land Sickness" and is very common after a cruise, long airline flight or extended time in a small watercraft. Don't worry about it and it will probably go away in a few days to a week. If it lasts longer than a week or adversely effects your ability to walk, drive or do daily tasks then see your doctor.
I personally believe it is your brain telling you that you must get back on the ship as soon as you can.
Welcome back and I hope the movement stops by the time you read this.
Take care,
Mike

I remember once, when we post cruised...we were at the mall and, we walked into Macys, and, the sound of the air conditioning, must have sent my brain a message, & made me walk tipsy
