Default Travel Agent sues dissatisfied customer!

So help me, this is a new one to me! It seems that a Florida Travel Agent sold a Senior Citizen in California a sham insurance product. The Senior Citizen had to cancel his cruise, and he couldn't get the pseudo insuror to pay his claim, and then the pseudo insurance company went bankrupt. The Senior Citizen, in an attempt to get a valid claim settled, posted his sad story on the internet, naming the Travel Agent, and then the Travel Agent sued not only him, but Chris Elliott, the Ombudsman for National Geograph Explorer, for trying to help the Senior Citizen.

It sounds to me like a clear case of harassment, and trying to silence two people who are exercising their freedom of speech.
What do you think?
