It is still the case on Royal Caribbean that smoking is only permitted on the port side of the ship? I'm looking at booking our cruise on the starboard side so I don't have to be next to smokers for the balcony? Please advise?

Smoking is not permitted inside any cabins but it is permitted on both port and starboard balconies.
