I sent someone a PM but there is no indication that it was sent .How do I know if the person recived it ?

Henry,

Below the "Reply Box" you will see a list of options. One of them is "Request Return Receipt". This will notify you when the individual has opened the message.

It is up to the individual to respond or not respond to a PM.
