Default cabin in the fantail part of the ship

I am considering booking a room on Holland America fo a 10 day cruise in the fantail part of the ship. It is a corner cabin with balconies on 2 sides Has anyone ever been in one of these type cabins and what did you think about it? Does it have alot of motion in the back of the ship making this a negative cabin to book? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks

I haven't been on that ship, but others with cabins in the back and corner...They are wonderful, you'll get views from side and back....As for the motion, never noticed any difference, I'd go for it and enjoy.

Go ahead...you will have the rolls royce of cabins...we had a corner aft once, and it was fabulous.....we felt no more motion there, then any other cabin we ever had...These cabins book fast, now that the secret is out
