Ship time vs port time

Can someone tell me how to figure out what ship time is compared to port time? My ports are Half Moon cay, St.Thomas, San Juan, Grand Turk. I'm trying to plan excursions so I need to know, thanks.

Either they will be the same or the ports will be an hour ahead of the ship. It depends on the captain whether or not the ship will change times. Some captains will make the change and other of the same line won't.

But any good excursion company would know when a ship is both arriving and derparting from the port.

Are you on the Freedom? We were on that ship last fall,and enjoyed it. As far as I can remember we were not told to change our watch,anywhere...

Most of the Caribbean is on the same time. when we went from florida

to Aruba the ship time changed to corespondent to local time.

most ships will warn you if they are a different time then the port

we only had where they where different from local.

No I'm on the Liberty. The ship looks nice from what I have seen of photos and video. Thanks for the info everyone, I wish I knew ahead of time about the ships time, but might have to wait till the cruise.

Your ports were my ports so, no changing of the time..
