Pasteurized and homogenized milk is available. The big question is if it is 2% or whole milk. I would ask your cabin steward or the Maitre'd to procure some whole milk for you and you can keep it in the cabin refrigerator.

Most of the "Whole Milk" we get on ships contains 3% butter fat.
If you happen to serve your child 2% Milk (with 2% butter fat) for a week or so, he probably will not suffer too much from that missing 1%.
