I would book a flight that leaves after noon. You may very well make this flight but it will be a rush. It is about 40 minutes from the port to LAX. April 9th is a Saturday so traffic won't be as big of an issue but in LA who knows.

The question is: "Do you feel lucky?"

Take care,
Mike

A 11am departure in LA would give much room for trouble.
The ship docks at 7AM . Ship clearnace could up tp 2 hrs.
Passenger customs is usually about 1 hr . Travel to airport about an hour.
You have to be at LAX at least 1 hr ( 2 hr for international) to clear security.

Arrival 7am
Passengers start diembarking 8 AM
Customs 9 AM
Tvl to LAX 11 PM
Security 12 PM

Princess usually doesn'y recommend flight before 1PM
This assumes that there is no accident on the freeway , your xfer isn't late , no line ups to check in and security isn't swamped with passengers.
