I like to relax and leave the planning/doing to others. To help me relax, I like to maintain a low level buzz starting with bloody marys during my morning scrabble/cards session and continuing the entire day. If you have great crew, you have nothing to worry about in having a fun relaxing cruise.

I plan & plot everything, my wife is a "take it as it comes" sorta person, but really the best thing is just to relax & go with the flow...

I think it takes hard work to screw up a cruise

We're just the opposite. I do all the planning and DH shows up with a suitcase on the appointed date !

Any cruise we go on where the ship doesn't sink, is a great cruise ! We also "go with the flow". We learned a while ago that getting upset over things we can't do anything about is futile .

That is the way I feel.
I all I have to do is show up on the ship and the fun is allways there.
All of my 15 cruises have been quite enjoyable.
