Happy New Year to all CruiseMates Staff and CruiseMate users.

Have a problem - Spoke with a Celebrity Vacation Planner but they suggested I contact the Shore Excursion Desk when I board on April 2013. The Vacation Planner suggested that we do a walk-off which would be around 8 a.m. and they would take our luggage to the airport for us.
Our cruise ends in Honolulu and docks at 7 a.m. Our flight leaves Honolulu at 12:10 p.m.

My Dad is a WW2 vet (96 yrs old) and has always wanted to go to see the Pearl Harbor Memorial (as do I) but he is unable to travel. I wanted to be able to go to the Memorial and get photo's to bring back to show him.

Would we have enough time when we dock in Honolulu to go to the Pearl Harbor Memorial?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You may have an hour - but you need to know what time it opens and be there right when it does open.

How good is the zoom on your camera? You can get a pretty decent shot from the Missouri without having to actually go out to the Memorial....but..what are you going to do with your luggage?
