Email P&O Australasia right now to ask this question as the pacific sun is the ex Carnival Jubilee, (USA) so the voltage may be different as well????

My recommendation is to contact the manufacturer of the nebulizer. They will be able to advise whether a converter will be required. Sorry I don't have more specific information.

Just as an addendum....

A lot of medical appliances are wired to accept the different types of current. My husbands C-PAP is wired in that manner. We needed an electrical adapter to plug it in, but did not need a converter.
