On Saturday I will be cruising aboard Explorerer of the Seas and can hardly wait!!! While in Nassau, I plan to pay the $25 fee to visit the aqaurium at the Atlantis. Does anybody know if non-guests can use the Beach at Atlantis, too? Thanks!
While we too took a tour, we were shown the beach, but no mention was made as to weather we could stick around and enjoy it. I don't see why you couldn't if you have the time, the place is definately something to see, enjoy.
Go to the Marriott on Cable Beach...You can use their pool and slide and they have outdoor bathrooms. NO FEE They have shops and a casino...tiki bar..slide...beach just to the left..50-100 yards away with all the water sports...a little lagoon...
Then if you want to see Atlantis go in the evening...I hear they do not charge at night to see the Aqaurium...the best of both worlds and you save $25 !!!!
I'm sailing on Carnival next month and the Atlantis is one of the shore tours they offer. According to the info. I have it states that guests visiting the Atlantis "do not" have access to the pool area. They do not mention the beach, but I would assume the same would apply? Blue Lagoon Island seems to be the best bet I have seen so far if your looking for a day on the beach.
