Best Tour Guides for Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, and

I would like to do some specific tours and wanted to know of extremely reliable and affordable private tour operators:
Ocho Rios - Dunn's River Falls
Grand Cayman - Stingray City
Cozumel - Dolphin Swim (not Encounter) or Horseback Riding

If you think there are other things I may be missing in any of these ports, let me know

We rarely use organized tours but the Captain Marvin Stingray City expedition organized by Fla Jack on a recent group cruise was fantastic.

We used Capt. Marvins in Grand Cayman and did the 3 stop tour, had a great time. Capt Marvin himself navigated our trip, it was a very nice tour, no complaints. I believe he has a website that you can set up the reservation through because I used the net to communicate with them and had no problems whatsoever.
