Default 02-15: SWM wants to know what's off of the "b

Hi, I'm going on my first cruise on Feb.15th. I think that the ship is the Inspiration(or one of those Carnival ships!).
I was curious as to what to do that's not in all of the tourist guides, but won't land me in a Bahamian jail, becoming the basis for a bizarre, made for TV movie.
Also, as I'm a big fan of food, where can I get a quality meal that's basically specific to the Bahamas?
Thanks in advance.

Try the Bahamian Kitchen. I had one of the best meals ever there......grouper fingers, beans & rice, conch chowder and johnny cake. Top it off with a Bahamian beer. To die for!!!
