Default Jamaica

Going on Voyager in Jan and wondering about what to do in Jamaica. Would like to do Dunn's River Falls and a beach but I'm worried about being hassled. Any suggestions on best way to do DR falls and also any info on private beaches you can go to with security where locals don't hassle you. I don't mind paying a fee for this beach. Do any hotels offer this?

I think the best way to "do" Jamacia is by boat, the catamaran cruises are a blast, you get to sail, snorkel and do Dunn's River Falls(a must do). I personally would not venture out on my own in Jamacia - book a tour to be safe and to avoid the pick-pockets, pan-handlers and drug dealers. Jamacia has so much going for it, it is so beautiful, but so poor and lots of drugs.
