We were there last year...thought it was a great beach...beautiful and great for walking on. Lots of bare breasts and if you go around the point there is a nudist colony...but you have to make a point of walking there. As for snorkeling, I don't really know as we just did the sunbathing route. I would recommend it for beauty and people watching but not if you find nudity offensive.
I too enjoyed Orient beach, lots of water activities, but not really any good snorkeling there, but there is para-sailing if you want to try out that along with waverunners to rent. Tons of lounge chairs, and places to eat, its a very big beach and pretty too, worth the taxi ride if you haven't been there before.
