Default Jamaica Beaches

We are cruising to Ocho Rios in a group which includes a 78 year old with bad knees. Most of our group is visiting Dunn's River but I looking for a quiet beach for my Grandmother. Something that she and my mom can take a taxi to. Also if you have any suggestions for a hotel that we could buy a day pass and have use of their lounge chairs, that would be excellent. Thanks for you comments.

I have no personal experience with this, but Fodors choice is James Bond Beach. Another good beach is Turtle Beach at Club Jamaica Resort.
