Visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica on our October Panama Canal cruise. On our last PC cruise, we called at Puerto Caldera and took a shore excursion to San Jose. No desire to do a shore excursion this time around. Is there anything to see/do in Puntarenas itself? Thanks!
Nothing to do in town. Why not try a totally different kind of tour - good for the young and young at heart: Corobici River rafting tour inc. lunch. This is not white water rafting. It was not only fun, refreshing and ecotourism. Check it out.
