Default G Cayman snorkel on Catamaran kids

A group of two families will be in Grand Cayman Nov. 4th. We'd love to take our kids on a Catamaran snorkeling trip. Really prefer a somewhat "private" excursion. Do not want to be with 40 or 50 pp if we can avoid it. Our kids are 10, 11, 8, 7 and 4(I may leave him on the boat, not sure - advice?). We want to go to stingray city and other great snorkeling areas but need a patient captain. Has anyone taken a Cat tour here? i'd appreciate any advice. This is a once in a lifetime trip for our kids and we really want to make the most of it.
