cozumel time zone

Has anyone been on an rccl cruise that has stopped in cozumel lately?

I am wondering if the ship leaves on local time or ship time? If cozumel is 5pm central time and the ship is 6pm eastern time and the itinerary says they leave at 6pm ....which time is it....local time? Ship time?
