Bridgetown after dark ?????

Hello all,
Carnival has a 22:00 hrs departure from Bridgetown. Any ideas on what to do mid-week for a couple of mid-40 somethings. The timing sounds as lame as the 17:00 to 24:00 hrs San Juan time slot on the Triumph. Unfortunately, the jazz festival ends on the Sunday. So, any and all ideas welcome.
