Default What to do in Western ports

We are sailing the Caribbean Princess Western on April 10. Any thought on what to do in Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Montego Bay? We will have two kids 6 and 9 but don't necessarily have to have them with us all of the time. We are considering doing the sting ray city thing but would like to do it outside the cruise line. Any suggestions? We like advetures. We also like to snorkel All thought would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to to the Stingray City outside the cruise line I know where you have to go.
We didn't do it though, but on our way to the car rental we passed a place where they were doing Stingray City tours much cheaper then these on the ships.

Once your tender arrives at Grand Cayman cross the road and then walk to the left.
The sea should be on your left right now.
Walk further for about 5 minutes and you'll see a sign at a place which says you can do Stingray City tours with them.

Have fun...

You'll have to let me know how you enjoy the Western Caribbean!!! I am going there in March 2005 on either a Princess Cruise or a Royal Caribbean Cruise...

love the Western Caribbean. Your kids will love the sting rays on Grand Caymen, lots of great tour operators to choose from, book in advance they fill up fast. (some good ones are Captain Marvin's, Captain Bryan's, Nativeways, Sotos just to name a few).
Jamacia - i am not sure if your 6yr old would be able to climb the falls, your 9 yr old should have no problem, you can always walk alongside the falls if you think they are to hard.- Great fun! You can get here by cab very easily. You might also consider spending some time at Marquertiaville, lots of fun things to do here, water slides stuff like that.
Cozumel- great place to snorkel. We booked a ships tour to the Palencaar Reef - very easy snorkel - lots to see. Great beaches for families - Mr.Pancho's or Channunkaab National Park (snorkeling and dolphin swims here ( book swims in advance, book up fast).
