Panama Canal in July/04 ???

Because of scheduling issues, we are faced with a late July time slot in which to find a cruise. We are looking for something which incudes some of the Panama Canal and at least 1 week long. Any suggestions ??? Most everyone seems to be repositionned to the Pacific and Alaska.Thanks

According to the "Offical Steamship Guide International" there aren't any cruises in July through the Panama Canal. If you have your heart set on the Panama Canal have your travel agent check what's available on passanger freighters. Just remeber the Panama Canal has got to be very hot in July. I went trough it in May and it was too hot to stay out side for any length of time.
