scuba diving in caribean

We will be on a cruise in mid-April 2004. I'm looking for reputable PADI dive shops to contact for day excusions. I like to free lance away from ship and I'm currently in need of completing my certification dives. Looking for recommendations on folks to contact for the following islands.

Dominican Republic Casa De Campo
Grenada
Barbados
Antiuga
St. Thomas
