Default Ships Time Question

I have to meet someone in Roatan at 2 p.m. next month. Ship in dock from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. If we're on DST, would it be 2 or 3 p.m. in Roatan? Obviously, I don't want to miss boarding.

I guess I didn't make myself clear. If it's 2 p.m. in Roatan, is the ship's time the same or different? I've seen others make mention of ship's time vs. port time. If the ship leaves at 3 p.m., is it also 3 p.m. in Roatan?

When I called Carnival I was told twice (I called twice to see if I would get the same answer) that the ship will operate on port time when in port. Other people have posted that their ships remained on ship time and you had to make sure you observed that. I woukd call the cruise line and ask them what their policy is.
