Are the Godfrey Tours on St. Thomas flexible? In their website, they show a certain number of hours at certain stops - is that because they take a large group and therefore must limit the trip to those exact stops? Do you recommend them? It seems that $20 each for essentially an entire day with them is a bargain! Would appreciate your input.
We used Godfrey and highIy recommend him!! Yes, quite the bargin for appx. $20pp. He fills his van or safari bus and goes where ever the majority of the group wants to go. We had our own private grp that filled the whole van and took a tour for the whole day (8:30- 3:30) for just $300. We toured the historical town, went to Mt Top for some picture taking, later picniced and swam at Coki Beach, then had a shoppping spree downtown. Godfrey waited for us the entire time. I suggest you email Godfrey at his web site and see what stops you can arrange. Have fun - you will not be disappointed! St T is so beautiful!!
YES YES YES! Go with Godfrey. And is very flexible. He will take you where you want to go, and yes $20 is a bargain. He is so friendly and his apprerance is 100% better than any of the other trips you can take. He is actually the best.
I can only agree with the posts above! Our group used him for my wedding day 3/20/2003 after our catamaran reception ended at Red Hook. Godfrey was flexible and picked up our group at Red Hook, did the snorkeling at Sapphire (grandparents wanted shade), and still stopped at the stops listed. Pics of our Godfrey tour are on this page: http://www.cmgoddard.com/pages/3/index.htm
Of course with a mixed group coming from various cruiseships he will most likely try his best to accomodate the wishes of everyone keeping in mind the advertisement of his website (making sure everyone gets to see everything listed since that is what he advertises). I definitely recommend him!!
