I read somewhere (another board??? can't remember) about Godfrey's tour and having him stop somewhere for the absolute best milkshakes in St Thomas. Does anyone know the place I'm referring to? I've tried searching the boards and can't find the reference. It's been a few weeks since I read it. Thanks if you can help!
If you are going to go on the Godfrey tour just e-mail him and ask. I had some general questions about St. Thomas and he was more than happy to answer them.
Alcoholic milkshakes at St. Thomas Dairies (Route 35/Magen's Bay Road); try Rumrunner, with rum raisin ice cream and creme de menthe, or Jacoco, with chocolate and coconut ice cream and Kahlua, or -- if you can stand more -- Udder Delite, which is almond crunch and amaretto.
Someone on another board told me about a place in St Thomas called Paradise Point and a milkshake type drink called "Bushwackers" made with Rum, Vodka, Baileys Irish Creme, Amaretto, Kahlua, and Creme of Coconut over ice and blended.
Maybe this is what you are refering to?
Apparently, they are pretty strong...but oooohhh so refreshing! I plan to give it a try while I'm there in July on the AOS.
