Has anyone ever used Greenway Tours in Costa Rica?

This company posted 6 responses to various threads on another message board about their tours. Their posts have now been pulled and the poster banned for obvious self advertisment. That being said, I'm still curious if anyone has ever used them. What is the quality of their service? Are they at all reputable? Any problems with getting back to the ship on time?
