Default recommended excursions?

Looking for your favorite shore excursions for the islands listed below.

This will be our first cruise and so far ya'll have provided so much valuable info, I thought that this would be a good way to avoid trial and error on high dollar shore excursions.
Thanks so much in advance.

We will be on a Princess cruise.I imagine that is important, If excursions vary on different cruise lines

Grenada
St Lucia
St. Vincent
Martinique
St Thomas USVI

I've only been to St Thomas, but I would suggest going to Magens Bay Beach there.

epends on what you would like to do. Have been to St Thomas and if you would like to see sea turtles and would like to snorkel looking at some of the amazing fish and underwater sea life then I would personally recommend either the Dubloon through the ship and/or Captain Nautica's power boat. We have done both and LOVED them both.
Just my opinion as an avid snorkeler. If you are someone that has never snorkeled and would like to try it either of these are awesome for beginners. JMO Have a great cruise and enjoy your time cause it passes all too quickly and it is always a sad day when disembarkation arrives. Bon Voyage!

For St. Vincent I would recommend the Falls of Bailene (sp?).

In St. Lucia we loved Land & Sea to the pitons. You get a tour of the island, a trip to the botanical gardens w/ waterfall, a trip to an "active" volcano (you can see & smell the bubbling lava water), lunch & a sail on a catamaran to a nice snorkleing place. You are then sailed back to your ship. The serve "rum punch" on the catamaran.
