Bahamas - Romance

I need a couple good ideas.

My boyfriend and I are going on a quick cruise to the Bahamas for his birthday. (He is a first time cruiser) I have us all set up with a class 12 suite and champagne. My only problem is I don’t know of a great place for us to go in Nassau. I have seen so many different reviews for the Blue Lagoon and Cable Beach and I read you have to pay for a day pass at Atlantis. Does anyone know the price or what it includes? I really need some suggestions. He also said something about a waverunner. Does anyone know where and how much to rent one. I really need some help. I would like to make this vacation very special for his birthday.

You can rent waverunners right off the beach just down from Atlantis. When we were there 2 years ago it was about $50-$75 for half an hour.

Blue Lagoon is great. We went swimming with the dolphins there and it was the best excursion we've ever done. It was expensive, but worth every penny. I booked it independenly through shoretrips.com.

Wave runners can be rented from vendors along Cable Beach in front of the hotels.
The beaches are public, whether in front of a hotel or not, that does not mean you can use hotel facilities however.
