Excursions for Freeport&Nassau

Anyone have any suggestions of what to do or where to go while there?

In Nassau go to the Atlantis. I've never been to Freeport so I can't help ya there. Have fun!

In Freeport check out UNEXCO (I think that's how it's spelled), they have a dolphin swim that is really in the water with them, not sitting on the edge like the ship excursions. It's about $170/pp, expensive, but would do it again in a heart beat! If you scuba, they have similar programs.
I agree for Nassau - go to Atlantis and pay the $20 to see their aquarium - wow, there's also a public beach 2 resorts down from Atlantis. Shopping is fun there too.

Planning a dolphin swim in Freeport with UNEXCO (sp). I am 60 years old. Can a lady my age do this one? I have seen people riding on their backs, etc (on youtube) on some of the excursions but don't know which company they were with. Please tell me what all happens on this excursion and also does everyone wear life jackets? I am just not sure if we should do this but we want to SO bad! Riding on a dolphin's back just wouldn't be for me but would love to interact with them in the water, like maybe hold on to a fin and swimming with them, hugging, etc. Any info appreciated.

As for Nassau there is a lot more to do there than there is in Freeport, do a search on google and look for tour operators there are a few of them, we have used Island Marketing a few times for different excursions and I have to say I would use them again, everything was as they said it would be and we enjoyed the excursions that we did.
Atlantis is cool but I wouldn't put it on my priority list as there are lot more options and cheaper too.
