Haven't done the sea lions yet but I vote for all three! Stingrays are not to be missed but not sure when you are cruising and for now GC is out because of Ivan. Dolphins swim is fantastic!

We did the dolphins in the Bahamas, the sea lions in Cozumel and the stingrays in Grand Cayam and all three were great. We did the Stingrays through Soto's Cruises. It was $24/pp and we did 2 snorkel sites and the stingray sandbar. Since we had already done a dolphin swim we just did the sea lions in Cozumel. Again it was a wonderful experience. If I had to rate them I would say the dolphin swim was the best, then the sea lions, then the stingrays, but all were great.

Swam with the dolphins at Ocho Rios and with the stingrays in Grand Cayman. Both are wonderful.

stingrays in Grand Cayman is great and you don't have to book it through the cruise. There are lots independent tours available at the pier for less than the cruise price.
