I just called Carnival regarding my cruise 11 - 7 to Montego - Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
I was advised that Grand Cayman was out and Carnival is NOT giving any compensation or changing their itinerary. Any suggestions or advice. Is this the norm for the cruise line.
The rep I spoke with was also rude and short with me.
i was given a $25 dollar credit on my sail and sign card when i got on the ship for not getting to go to the caymans. my sail date was september 26th of this year.
