Default ST. THOMAS

HAS ANYONE BOOKED A TOUR THROUGH GODFREYS TOURS? I REQUESTED INFO ON THE WEBSITE SINCE I'VE READ GREAT REVIEWS ON THIS TOUR BUT ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND NO REPLY? I DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY BOOKED WHEN YOU FILL OUT THE RESERVATION PAGE OR WHAT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Godfrey was absolutely great. He handles the tour himself with the help of an occassional helper. He will pick you up at the ship, call you by your first name all day long, he drops you in town for shopping early in the day, then picks you up and takes you on a fascinating, safe, exploration of St. Thomas giving you ample opportunity for photo stops, answers loads of questions, takes you to your choice of beaches and either leaves you and comes back or waits according to what the majority in the open air van style bus desire, then he takes you right back to the ship. He charges $20 per person and collects at the end of the tour. He was so much fun to be with. I recently saw a reply on the cruisecritic boards with his email address but I don't recall what it is. He must be extremely busy or suffering computer problems if he hasn't responded yet as he generally contacts people within a day of a website inquiry. If you've never been to St. Thomas then by all means book his tour. If you have been to St. Thomas then go anyway.

I agree with the above poster. We booked him for our family/friends after our wedding on St John and reception sail back to St Thomas. The group loved his tour. Since he's normally not emailing and driving at the same time, if he has not responded back in a few days send him another email. Sometimes the ISP in the islands is not as reliable as we have here on the mainland - so his internet could be causing headaches.

This sounds like a great excursion. Does anyone know how I can access his website?
Any info regarding Godfrey tours in St Thomas would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the website godfreytoursvi.com. Got my email back and we are doing this tour. Sounds like it's well worth the $20.00pp from the reviews I've ran across.

Tanya thanks for the web address. I've e-mailed him and now I'm just waiting for a reply. When are you taking his tour? We would be taking it on Feb 20th. If you are going before us, could you let me know how it went?

We are going 02/02/05. All the reviews sounded really great so we'll see. I'll post a review when we get back to let you know how the tour is.
